For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply. Please monitor your tracking link for updates, as some shipments may require payment before final delivery.
The outer case (vinyl, paper bag, box, etc.) is designed to protect the product and may experience minor imperfections such as scratches, dents, and scuffs due to transit. These are not grounds for exchange or refund.
Small imperfections such as ink splashes, bubble marks, and pressing marks (under 5mm) on printed materials are within production tolerances and are not eligible for replacement.
Color variations may occur depending on monitor settings and screen resolutions.
Minor size variations may occur depending on the measurement method.

All return and refund requests must include an unboxing video, clearly showing the original packaging and all contents.
The original packaging must be kept in case a return is necessary.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items; minor imperfections as outlined in the Notices section are not eligible for return.
If a wrong item is received, contact us within the 7-day window with video proof.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
